The launch was performed by Hon Alex Segbefia Minister for Health after Welcome address by Harrison Kofi Abutiate VP – WGPA and a talk on Glaucoma by Dr Seth Fiadoyor , ophthalmologist ,Volta River Authority Hospital Akosombo and Chairman of the Glaucoma Group of Ophthalmological Society of Ghana (OSG)
